Job Requirements

  • Previous experience is not required
  • Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
  • Must be able to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, point of sale system, and any other applicable systems
  • Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
  • Have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable or willingness to obtain one
  • Must be able to communicate effectively
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment

Job Duties

  • Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
  • Understand the restaurant menu to identify different menu items and assist guests with selections
  • Review orders with guests or delivery drivers to ensure order accuracy
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality experiences by anticipating and exceeding guest expectations
  • Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, buss dishes to kitchen dishwasher stations, and reset tables as needed
  • Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
  • Understand restaurant seating layouts and serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
