Job Requirements

Previous experience is not required
Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
Must be able to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, point of sale system, and any other applicable systems
Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
Have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable or willingness to obtain one
Must be able to communicate effectively
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment

Job Duties

Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
Understand the restaurant menu to identify different menu items and assist guests with selections
Review orders with guests or delivery drivers to ensure order accuracy
Deliver exceptional hospitality experiences by anticipating and exceeding guest expectations
Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, buss dishes to kitchen dishwasher stations, and reset tables as needed
Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
Understand restaurant seating layouts and serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
