Job Requirements

Previous busser experience preferred
ability to work Monday through Saturday 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm and Sunday, holidays 11:00 am to 2:30 pm
legal authorization to work in the United States
ability to perform physical work including lifting and moving tables and chairs
availability for part-time work
ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

Job Qualifications

Previous busser experience preferred
ability to work part-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
good communication and teamwork skills
capable of performing physical tasks associated with the role
strong attention to cleanliness and detail
basic food service knowledge
customer service oriented

Job Duties

Sets and clears restaurant tables
stocks all service stations
assists food servers with table service
quickly clears dirty table settings and prepares tables for resetting
maintains stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods including silverware, linen, and condiments
wipes down booths and chairs
moves tables and chairs
cleans floors as necessary
serves guests beverages, breads, and butter and replenishes as necessary
assists servers with food and beverage service
transports dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area
performs general cleaning tasks as assigned by supervisor
folds napkins to maintain supply
performs all assigned side work including replenishing condiments and restocking side stands
handles special guest requests
greets and seats guests
performs other duties as assigned
