Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment helpful but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
Must be able to work open, mid, and close shifts as required
Must have reliable attendance and punctuality
Must be able to perform physical activities including walking, talking, hearing, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling as needed

Job Qualifications

Food Handler's Card
Local government food safety certification where applicable
Local government alcohol service certification where applicable
Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
Strong communication skills
Ability to respond promptly to guest needs
Dependability
Ability to follow instructions and management direction
Good interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Resets tables according to specifications of restaurant
Removes plates and silverware when all guests have finished
Sets up and breaks down dining room for each shift
Maintains service stations in a clean and orderly manner throughout shift
Performs all opening and closing side work as required
Performs additional responsibilities as requested by a manager at any time
Performs all side duties as assigned
