Job Requirements

Previous experience is not required
Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
Must be able to operate kitchen equipment including coffee machine, iced tea machine, lemon slicer, point of sale system and other applicable systems
Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
Have a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable or willingness to obtain
Must be able to communicate effectively
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, teamwork environment

Job Duties

Guide guests through their experience while taking, placing, and reviewing orders for takeout and catering
Understand the restaurant menu to identify different menu items and assist guests in choosing
Review orders with guests at pick-up or upon delivery and/or with delivery drivers ensuring order accuracy
Deliver outstanding hospitality by anticipating and exceeding guest expectations
Clear, clean, and sanitize restaurant tables, bussing dishes to the kitchen dishwasher station and resetting tables
Restock, clean, and maintain all restaurant stations
Serve food or beverages for dine-in and takeout
