Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • ability to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and adapt to a flexible schedule
  • ability to walk, sit and stand for long periods of time

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment a plus
  • strong attention to detail
  • ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • physical stamina to perform duties requiring standing, walking, and lifting

Job Duties

  • Complete opening/closing sidework
  • maintain running sidework
  • complete cleaning assignments
  • wipe down and sanitize tables, chairs and floors in between turns
  • polish and stock glassware
  • polish silverware and dry FOH plateware
  • stock stations with roll-ups and Share Plates
  • ensure bar is stocked with beer/wine/soft-bev
  • assist in changing out kegs
  • empty bar bus tubs
  • ensure each station is fully stocked throughout the shift
  • fill ice bins
  • sweeping/mopping as needed
  • setup and breakdown dining areas
  • bus plateware, utensils and glassware to appropriate stations
  • ensure restrooms are properly stocked and clean
  • participate in teamwork as secondary task
  • adhere to uniform guidelines
  • assist guests as needed
  • maintain a high level of personal hygiene
  • attend team meetings and trainings
