Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and lifting
Must be punctual and reliable
Ability to follow directions and work well in a team environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a professional and courteous attitude
Basic food handling knowledge is beneficial
Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods

Job Duties

Ensure the guest dining experience is enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant
Provide a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and employees
Assist with delivery and serving of all food items to appropriate guests utilizing pivot point system
Remove soiled dishes and utensils between courses
Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly between seating
Carve appropriate entrees including pork chops, Chateaubriand and bone-in New York strip steaks table-side for guests
Assist chef team with kitchen upkeep including restocking silverware and plate ware, cleaning surfaces and floors
Assist chef team with kitchen closing including returning food items to coolers
