The Busser / Food Runner position at Grand Living plays a crucial role in supporting and enhancing the dining experience of residents, their families, and guests. This role is responsible for assisting with culinary services across a variety of dining venues within the community, including the Bistro, Casual and Formal dining areas, Luminations® memory care dining, and the Club Room. Additionally, food service duties extend to special events and private functions hosted within the community. The Busser / Food Runner must perform these tasks with The Sterling Touch® – a standard of excellence characterized by friendliness, courtesy, helpfulness, and timeliness. Under the supervision of the Executive Chef and Dining Room Supervisor, this role adheres to community standards, processes, procedures, and practices to ensure a consistently high level of satisfaction among all diners.
