Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- ability to read, write, and understand English to communicate effectively
- sufficient manual dexterity to use all kitchen equipment and utensils such as knives, spoons, spatulas, and tongs
- ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull and work continuously without sitting for long periods
- ability to lift or carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds
- flexible schedule required
- one-year fine dining or restaurant experience preferred
