  • Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with customers and staff
  • Full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules, policies and procedures
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English

Job Duties

  • Familiarize yourself with service standards for the restaurant, especially table setups, beverage service and prebusing of tables
  • Clean and set each table completely before going to another
  • Clear all dirty dishes, wipe table with clean cloth, clean ashtrays, wipe booths and chairs
  • Reset table completely and properly
  • Stock service stations, glasses, cups, silverware, etc
  • Keep restaurant clean, floors, carpet, service stations, etc
  • Handle all silver, glass and China in a sanitary manner, from the handles of silverware and cups, to the bottom of glasses
