This job opportunity is with Hilton's food and beverage team, where the role centers around providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. The position requires a candidate with basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, and Hilton quality assurance and guest relations etiquette. The role involves utilizing point-of-sale (POS) systems for sales transactions, preparing and collecting food and beverage orders, delivering orders to guests, maintaining cleanliness and organization of service stations, and assisting in inventory management and replenishment of supplies. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and food and beverage knowledge, exhibit flexibility in scheduling, and possess the physical capability to handle lifting and transporting items up to 100 pounds.

- Six months food and beverage knowledge
- Flexible scheduling availability
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push carts weighing up to 100 lbs
Job Qualifications

- Ability to operate coffee brewers, tea brewers, panini pressers and toast equipment
- Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs continuously and push carts weighing 100 lbs or more
Job Duties
- Use POS system to create sales checks and perform cashier duties
- Prepare and collect items for orders including condiments and paper supplies
- Serve guests beverages and assist with food and beverage service
- Carry and deliver orders to guests up to 30 lbs with courtesy
- Transport dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area
- Assemble food orders and inspect for completeness
- Clean, restock, and maintain inventory of service areas and storage
