- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of hotel or restaurant Food Runner or Busperson experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Clark County Health Card

Job Duties
- Maintain guest focus at all times and provide courteous assistance with beverages such as water, coffee, tea, and soft drinks
- Assist servers with guest needs, table maintenance, and station support
- Quickly and properly set and reset tables according to department standards
- Organize, clean, and maintain dining areas, beverage stations, side stations, and storage areas
- Restock dishes, silverware, linen, and other service items throughout the shift to ensure smooth operations
- Carry trays, dishes, glassware, tablecloths, and napkins to the kitchen
- Break down and properly store soiled linen and dirty dishware in designated racks or bins
