This remote role allows candidates within approximately 70 miles of Jack Henry’s office locations in Allen, TX; Birmingham, AL; Cedar Falls, IA; Charlotte, NC; Lenexa, KS; Louisville, KY; Monett, MO; or Springfield, MO to collaborate closely with financial institutions. As an Executive and Management Level Advisor and Consultant, this position operates with autonomy and responsibility providing strategic advisory services to client financial institutions. The role focuses heavily on technology leadership, digital transformation, business process optimization, customer experience enhancement, and regulatory compliance. The incumbent will assess current financial institution practices against industry best practices and develop transformational roadmaps that address business challenges and promote growth.

Key responsibilities include delivering strategic planning and informed proposals that meet client business needs while ensuring excellence in execution. The position demands engagement with senior financial executives and boards, educating them on digital trends and competitive market influences. Analysis of technology effectiveness and digital maturity is fundamental, alongside the design and implementation of large-scale transformational programs that encompass technology, organizational change, communications, and process improvements. Strong communication skills are necessary for facilitating interviews, focus groups, and gathering comprehensive data to support actionable insights and recommendations.

Ideal candidates will hold a bachelor's degree or have equivalent experience, with a minimum of 15 years in the banking or financial services sector or consulting for this industry. This role requires up to 25% travel and values PMP certification or equivalent credentials, broad financial services knowledge, and a proven record of strategic success at major institutions. Candidates are expected to be deadline-driven, highly adaptable, and possess exceptional expertise in technology implementations, organizational design, talent management, and business process management.
