Job Requirements
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required
- meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position
- a one year probationary period may be required
- satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check
- must be able and willing to work a schedule that includes working nights, weekends, and holidays
- subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation
- obtain Serve Safe Food Handlers Certificate
- will be required to sign a non-disclosure statement to safeguard all Franchisor proprietary information
- will be required to complete Franchise training as required in Operating Manuals
Job Qualifications
- Work experience managing or directing the activities of full service franchise style restaurant such as a steakhouse
- minimum two years' experience as a service manager or assistant service manager of a full service restaurant is preferred
Job Duties
- Formulates instructions and gives directions necessary to operate a fluid and efficient food production operation
- manages a large Franchise restaurant front of the house (FOH) operations
- responsible for purchasing, receiving, preparation, and presentation of all products in a timely manner and according to established recipes and procedures
- monitors the procurement of all supplies and equipment for the activity
- conducts management review of patron food production programs to identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective measures
