The opportunity presented is for a part-time Food and Beverage Server within the resort’s various dining outlets. This non-management role offers an hourly pay ranging from $16.00 to $17.38 and is tip eligible, making it an attractive position for those who enjoy interpersonal interactions and working in a dynamic hospitality environment. The primary focus of this role is to provide an outstanding food and beverage service to guests, ensuring that each visitor feels welcomed and valued from the moment they enter the outlet until the completion of their meal. In addition to serving food and beverages, the Food and Beverage Server is responsible for various related duties such as cleaning and setting up tables, inspecting the cleanliness and presentation of china, glassware, and silverware, and following strict health and safety standards. Candidates must practice a "clean-as-you-go" mentality to ensure work areas stay sanitary throughout service. Closing duties are comprehensive and include storing reusable goods, breaking down items, cleaning equipment and areas, restocking supplies, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing daily cleaning checklists. Safety adherence is critical, requiring the employee to report accidents or unsafe conditions and participate in safety training and certifications.

Physical demands are a significant aspect of this role as it requires the ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods, handle objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and navigate uneven or slippery surfaces.
