Job Description

Resorts World Las Vegas is a premier luxury resort and casino destination known for its vibrant environment, exceptional guest services, and innovative entertainment options. As a flagship property on the Las Vegas Strip, it combines world-class accommodations, diverse dining experiences, and exciting nightlife, creating an immersive experience for visitors from around the globe. The resort emphasizes a culture of excellence and guest satisfaction, hiring passionate individuals committed to delivering high-quality service in a dynamic workplace. The company values teamwork, attentiveness, and a dedication to creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

The role of the Bus Runner at Resorts World Las Vegas is essential to maintaining the smooth operation of our fast-paced dining and pool environments. This position primarily supports both the front of house and back of house teams by ensuring cleanliness, prompt service delivery, and guest engagement. The Bus Runner plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for guests by maintaining cabanas and daybeds, making sure these areas remain clean, free of debris, and properly organized. Additionally, the Bus Runner assists with delivering food and beverages efficiently to the guests, working closely with the Cocktail Server and other food and beverage personnel to enhance the overall dining experience.

This position demands a high level of energy and attention to detail as it involves greeting guests warmly, responding promptly to their inquiries and requests, and assisting in maintaining operational standards. Bus Runners also contribute to the setup and restocking of venue settings, ensuring that all tables are prepared correctly and that supplies are consistently available. The position is rotational across multiple food and beverage outlets within the resort, requiring flexibility and a willingness to adapt to different service areas. Employees in this role must uphold Resorts World’s core values, including safety, security, cleanliness, and guest experience, embodying the spirit of hospitality that defines the resort.

Position holders must be physically capable of performing tasks in a typical poolside environment, tolerant of noise, temperature variations, and outdoor weather conditions, including prolonged walking and standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and maneuvering equipment safely. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for customer service, who enjoy working within a team-oriented, fast-paced setting at one of the most prestigious resorts in Las Vegas. The Bus Runner position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within the food and beverage industry while contributing significantly to guest satisfaction and the resort’s stellar reputation.
