As a Bus Runner, you will serve as a vital link ensuring tables are clean, replenished, and prepared efficiently to promote seamless guest service. Duties include greeting guests warmly, clearing dishes promptly, restocking supplies, and supporting servers and fountain workers by delivering food and beverages. In addition to maintaining a clean and organized work area, you will uphold Resorts World’s core values, contribute to a safe and secure environment, and adhere to all departmental policies and procedures.

Beyond the immediate tasks, the Bus Runner serves as an ambassador of the brand, embodying the company’s core non-negotiable responsibilities of safety, security, environmental standards, and guest experience. This position requires excellent customer service skills, polished appearance, and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. The physical demands of the job include handling varying noise levels, prolonged standing, bending, lifting items up to 50 pounds, and maintaining eye-hand coordination. This is a full-time role requiring flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Minimum qualifications include at least six months of food service experience, eligibility to work in the United States, and necessary licenses such as Alcohol Awareness Card and Food Handler Card. Experience in a luxury resort environment is preferred, reflecting the upscale nature of Resorts World Las Vegas. Overall, the Bus Runner position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a high-volume operation where your contribution directly impacts guest satisfaction and the overall success of the resort's dining experience.
