- prior experience in hotel or hospitality industry preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- capacity to handle stressful situations calmly
- physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties

- ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- support sales and marketing efforts to maximize hotel occupancy and revenue
- organize and supervise events in the conference and banquet space
