Job Description

Key responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, accurately taking and processing orders, and addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally. The Team Member not only handles point-of-sale transactions but also employs value-added suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Attention to detail is crucial when verifying order accuracy and preparing food and beverage items according to company standards.

Maintaining cleanliness and safety is integral to this position. The Team Member ensures that kitchen areas, counters, dining rooms, restrooms, and exterior spaces meet strict hygiene and safety standards. The role also involves stocking inventory and operating across multiple stations such as the front counter, Drive-Thru, prep areas, and expediter stations. Flexibility and willingness to perform various tasks across these positions are necessary for success.

This position requires regular attendance, adherence to brand uniform and grooming policies, and a cooperative attitude toward teamwork and problem resolution. Successful candidates will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work productively with co-workers, and the tact to resolve consumer issues gracefully.

Job Duties

  • Greets guests with a smile, receives orders, processes payments, and responds appropriately to customer issues
  • operates cash register or point of sale devices, as needed, and uses value-added suggestive-selling techniques to generate additional sales opportunities
