We are currently hiring substitute teachers for full-year assignments in inclusive and special education classrooms. These roles extend beyond typical temporary or summer positions, offering candidates the chance to gain invaluable classroom experience in a consistent school setting throughout the academic year. As a substitute teacher with Zen Educate, you will work within a single school building, rotating across multiple classrooms. This model allows you to build lasting relationships with students and school staff while developing your teaching skills in a real-world environment. Our substitute teaching positions offer a competitive pay range from $180 to $210 per day with weekly pay, and no weekend work is required, as the schedule follows typical school hours from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 or 4:30 p.m. This setup supports work-life balance and ensures dedicated time for your personal commitments.

Your role as a substitute teacher will be pivotal in maintaining classroom environments conducive to learning and safety. You will be responsible for following lesson plans developed by the regular teachers, which ensures continuity in students' education despite the absence of their usual instructor.
