With over 100 years of history and a strong family-owned legacy, Delaware North is committed to delivering exceptional experiences through innovative culinary services and excellent customer service. Their global presence offers unique growth and career advancement opportunities for employees passionate about working in dynamic, fast-paced environments that celebrate culture, entertainment, and community engagement.

One of their newest exciting projects is centered around Nu Stadium in Miami, Florida. Nu Stadium is a state-of-the-art soccer stadium and entertainment destination scheduled to open in 2026 as the future home of Inter Miami CF. This venue promises to be a hub for world-class soccer matches, concerts, and live entertainment throughout the year. Delaware North will be at the forefront of managing the stadium’s concessions and premium food and beverage services. They aim to blend Miami's vibrant cultural flavors with classic stadium favorites to create memorable culinary experiences for guests.

Delaware North Sportservice is currently hiring seasonal Buffet Attendants to join the team at Nu Stadium. This role is ideal for individuals looking for a fast-paced job that combines teamwork, energy, and customer interaction in an exciting sports and entertainment environment. Buffet Attendants are responsible for maintaining the buffet by placing and refilling cooked and cold food items, ensuring all stations are properly stocked with serving utensils, and keeping the service areas clean and compliant with health and safety regulations. Additionally, attendants engage directly with guests, providing excellent customer service and responding to guest inquiries to enhance the overall guest experience.

The position offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $18.00. Delaware North also provides an inclusive benefits package designed to support employees both professionally and personally. Benefits include weekly pay, opportunities for training and professional development, flexible work schedules, and employee discounts. Eligible employees can receive health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation days and holidays, paid parental bonding leave, employee assistance programs, and tuition or professional certification reimbursement. This demonstrates Delaware North’s dedication to fostering a positive work environment and supporting the career growth and well-being of its team members.

This seasonal role includes working various shifts such as days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events, making it a great fit for individuals who thrive in flexible schedules and dynamic settings. The job requires physical stamina to remain on feet for extended periods and the ability to lift weights up to 25 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs. No high school diploma or GED is necessary, welcoming applicants from many diverse backgrounds. Excellent communication skills, the ability to follow directions, and teamwork are essential qualities for success in this position.

Joining Delaware North at Nu Stadium means becoming part of a company with a global legacy and strong commitment to employee growth, diversity, and inclusive hiring practices.
