Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior bussing or restaurant experience preferred
  • ability to perform essential duties including moving, lifting, and carrying dishes and equipment
  • physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to follow sanitation and safety standards
  • willingness to work flexible hours
  • able to use sensory capabilities such as vision, hearing, tasting, smelling, touching, and speaking

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Run food for your team or other teams
  • reset tables, bar tops, and countertops according to company specifications and standards
  • scrape and stack dirty dishes and return them to the kitchen
  • clean up spills and remove trash and broken dishes
  • pre-bus and wipe tables and seats, replace dirty tablecloths
  • prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages at server's request
  • stock refrigerators with wines and bottled beers
  • stock cabinets with condiments and refill containers
  • clean and polish counters, shelves, walls, furniture, and equipment
  • mop and vacuum as needed
  • communicate with servers to facilitate service
  • follow the Ten Points of Difference and Guest Standards of Execution
  • stock and restock inventory including liquor
  • anticipate and exceed guest expectations
  • work as a team using positive communication
  • clean, stock, and maintain workstation throughout the shift
  • follow all safety and sanitation policies
