Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior bussing or restaurant experience preferred
ability to perform essential duties including moving, lifting, and carrying dishes and equipment
physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
excellent communication skills
ability to follow sanitation and safety standards
willingness to work flexible hours
able to use sensory capabilities such as vision, hearing, tasting, smelling, touching, and speaking
team player

Job Duties

Run food for your team or other teams
reset tables, bar tops, and countertops according to company specifications and standards
scrape and stack dirty dishes and return them to the kitchen
clean up spills and remove trash and broken dishes
pre-bus and wipe tables and seats, replace dirty tablecloths
prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages at server's request
stock refrigerators with wines and bottled beers
stock cabinets with condiments and refill containers
clean and polish counters, shelves, walls, furniture, and equipment
mop and vacuum as needed
communicate with servers to facilitate service
follow the Ten Points of Difference and Guest Standards of Execution
stock and restock inventory including liquor
anticipate and exceed guest expectations
work as a team using positive communication
clean, stock, and maintain workstation throughout the shift
follow all safety and sanitation policies
