This unique, one-of-a-kind entertainment destination is designed to captivate and entertain guests of all ages. The role is a part-time position with competitive pay starting at $14.25 per hour and offers a dynamic environment for those who love fun and interaction.

The Guest Experience Host at Bubble Planet plays a crucial role in delivering top-tier service by working across various areas of the attraction, including Admissions, Ride Operations, Food and Beverage, Retail, Birthday Parties, Costume Characters, and Special Events. Hosts engage guests to ensure maximum fun, safety, and enjoyment, embodying the spirit of Merlin's core values and dedication to excellence. They are responsible for maintaining well-stocked, clean, and orderly public areas while managing guest lines safely and efficiently.

This role requires individuals who exhibit enthusiasm, assertiveness, and passion for guest interaction, with the ability to foster a welcoming and entertaining atmosphere. The position demands flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and special events, while complying with health, safety, and security policies, including COVID-19 protocols. Job Requirements

  • 6 months to 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred

  • able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces
  • self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team
  • must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events

Job Duties

  • Adopts an enthusiastic, assertive, and passionate approach to guest service and demonstrates the Merlin values at every opportunity
  • seeks out guest contact and displays enthusiasm and boundless amounts of fun energy
  • ensure our extended lines are managed in a safe way while still delivering an excellent guest experience
  • ensure all public areas have well stocked displays and point of sale, ready for the attraction opening and that the areas are maintained and kept in a clean and tidy manner throughout the day
  • to follow opening and closing procedures as detailed in the department's operating plan
  • responsibility to ensure compliance of health, safety and security within the workplace, including COVID-19 policies, practices, and regulations
