Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old
- Obtain and maintain a food handler permit or certification as required by local regulations
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook
- Demonstrate reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Complete and pass all required trainings and certifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for up to 10 hours per shift
- Capability to lift or carry up to 65 lbs
- Maintain proficiency in communication with English language
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions including heat and cold
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not required
- Ability to perform mental math for cash handling
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and work collaboratively
- Genuine enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, customer-oriented setting
Job Duties
- Engage with customers by greeting and thanking each with a smile
- Ask and educate customers on menu items, products, and specials
- Embody and promote Dutch Bros’ culture of relationships and community impact
- Ensure speed, quality, and accuracy in preparing and delivering orders
- Maintain a positive attitude to create an uplifting environment
- Be reliable by arriving on time and communicating availability
- Support team members and assist as needed during shifts
