Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience working in a steakhouse or similar culinary environment

  • Basic understanding of kitchen safety and hygiene practices

Job Duties

  • Ability to broil, grille and/or sauté, and to use a top-broiler to prepare proteins to desired doneness
  • Coordinate food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table
  • Follow recipe and presentation guidelines to meet or exceed guests' expectations
  • Follow directions exactly and consistently
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work station
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless operations
  • Monitor inventory levels to assist with food preparation and ordering
