This full-time role offers a competitive salary range from $124,500 to $199,000 annually, reflecting the level of expertise and leadership required. The SME will serve as the technical authority within brewing operations, providing guidance, innovation leadership, and strategic insight across various facets of the brewing process from raw material selection through to final conditioning. The SME in Brewing Process is responsible for driving improvements in product quality, process consistency, and operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
