We are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated AM Server to join our lively restaurant team. This role is essential to creating positive and memorable guest experiences during morning shifts. The AM Server will play a key role in greeting guests warmly, assisting with seating arrangements, presenting menus, and providing detailed information about food options and specials. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a server or in customer service preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work early morning hours
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Ability to use office software
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet all guests in a warm and enthusiastic manner and assist host or hostess in seating guests as needed
- Present menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food, service, and food preparation
- Memorize menu selections including being familiar with daily specials and basic ingredients
- Use proper verbiage and etiquette including serving ladies first
- Write order on check or memorize order
- Relay order to kitchen and service bar utilizing point of sale system
- Observe guests to fulfill any additional request and to perceive when meal has been completed for guest checkout
