Job Duties

  • Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards
  • ensure all breakfast equipment is cleaned and properly maintained
  • maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management team and crew
  • provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted
  • conduct crew team meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, security, and training
  • control inventory to meet company food cost variance standards and assist with inventory counts
  • maintain reports and records in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • ensure adherence to cash procedures
  • assist with scheduling staff and managing labor costs
  • train and develop crew under management direction
  • assist in interviewing and hiring qualified staff
  • assist with lunch shift duties if needed
