Job Duties

  • manage the breakfast shift according to company standards
  • ensure all breakfast equipment is cleaned and maintained
  • maintain a cooperative and harmonious working relationship with management and crew
  • provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted
  • conduct crew team meetings to discuss operations, promotions, safety, and training
  • maintain inventory control and assist with inventory counts
  • manage cash and ensure adherence to cash procedures
  • assist with scheduling and labor cost management
  • train and develop crew members
  • assist with interviewing and hiring staff
  • ensure adherence to HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies
