Job Requirements

  • Must be able to stand walk and perform repetitive motions for extended periods

  • able to thrive during high volume service periods requiring quick and focused work

Job Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience as a line cook in a fast paced kitchen environment
  • familiarity with operating and maintaining kitchen equipment
  • basic proficiency in cooking techniques and knife skills
  • ability to read and follow recipes accurately
  • physical capability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen setting

Job Duties

  • Prepare delicious dishes at assigned station in line with Wild Eggs unique specifications
  • set up and stock station ahead of service ensuring ingredients are fresh and well prepared
  • collaborate effectively with fellow cooks and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and seamless kitchen operations
  • maintain a clean and organized station throughout service adhering to health and safety regulations
  • follow recipes accurately to maintain consistency
  • operate and maintain kitchen equipment properly
  • work efficiently during high-volume service periods
