Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years culinary experience in breakfast and dinner service
- Proficiency in cooking techniques such as grilling, braising, and poaching
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings and evenings
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
Job Qualifications
- Extensive culinary experience with a focus on breakfast and dinner service
- Fine dining experience is a plus
- Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques including grilling, braising, poaching, and food production
- Knowledge of food safety management protocols and sanitizing procedures
- Previous experience in restaurant or food industry settings involving high-volume production
