- Prepares and serves the daily complimentary breakfast bar
- greets each guest and ensures guests are satisfied
- ensures breakfast area is sufficiently stocked at all times
- ensures cleanliness of breakfast area

- maintains effective communication with team members
- supports overall restaurant operations
