Job Duties
- Take customer food and drink orders
- Serve food and beverages
- Prepare itemized checks
- Accept payments
- Escort guests to tables
- Serve customers seated at counters
- Set up and clear tables
- Operate cash register
- Check patrons' identification for alcohol purchase
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations
- Perform opening and closing procedures
- Carry out cashiering functions and end of shift paperwork
- Maintain stocked, tidy, and clean tables and side stands
- Comply with certification requirements such as Alcohol Awareness and Food Handlers
- Demonstrate ability to handle cash and secure bank
- Represent the company with good character and sound judgment
