Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous food service experience
- Food Safety Training certified or willing to become certified within first 60 days
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs occasionally and 15 lbs regularly
- Ability to bend and squat repeatedly
- Capability to walk and stand for the entire scheduled shift
- Availability to work day shifts, early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Complete the sanitization, disinfection, and cleanliness of work area including countertops, utensils, equipment, and refrigeration equipment
- Present complimentary breakfast by obtaining supplies, clearing dishes, wiping tables, restocking buffet area
- Provide a high level of customer service including resolving customer concerns in a warm and professional manner
- Perform duties of a complimentary busser, cook, or server as needed
- Maintain knowledge of menus, presentation, and preparation methods
- Ensure all food is stored in proper containers and at correct storage and holding temperatures
- Follow Health Department guidelines for food handling and sanitation to prevent cross-contamination, keeping sinks, sideboards, and refrigerators clean and sanitized
- Perform any other work as required to complete the primary purpose of the position
