We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate bakery enthusiasts to join the Nugget Markets bakery team as a Bread Mixer. This full-time position is ideal for individuals who love the art of breadmaking and are eager to learn how to mix and create handcrafted artisan breads in large volumes. Starting shifts at 4:00 am, this role involves preparing hundreds of artisan breads per shift, using traditional methods combined with modern equipment. As a Bread Mixer, you will be an integral part of the bakery operations, responsible for mixing ingredients, scaling dough, shaping loaves, and handling bakery machinery such as ovens, proofers, mixers, and dough dividers. The role requires a physically active individual capable of lifting up to 75 pounds and performing repetitive motions involved in dough mixing and benching. You will also assist bakery clerks to ensure world-class service for our guests, maintaining a clean, sanitary, and efficient workspace.
