We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Baker to join our team on a full-time basis. This role offers a competitive starting pay from $13.00 per hour, with compensation based on experience. The Baker will play a key role in preparing and baking a wide variety of baked goods that meet our high standards for quality and consistency. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for baking, meticulous attention to detail, and an eagerness to work in a fast-paced environment. The position requires a sound knowledge of baking techniques, food safety practices, and efficient production management to ensure timely delivery of fresh products.

The Baker will be responsible for following established recipes and procedures to maintain consistency in taste and appearance. You will also contribute to inventory management by helping to order ingredients and supplies, ensuring the bakery operates smoothly without interruptions. Working closely with fellow team members, you will help foster a cooperative atmosphere conducive to efficient workflow and outstanding product output.

In addition to baking duties, the position involves packaging and presenting baked goods attractively to enhance their appeal and contribute to an inviting display for customers. Providing excellent customer service is also an essential part of the role, as you may assist customers with their bakery selections and inquiries. We encourage creativity, so knowledge of cake decorating and pastry presentation is a plus, allowing you to contribute additional value to our offerings.
