This role requires keen attention to detail, from keeping glassware spotless to maintaining fresh ingredients and ensuring spirits and mixers are readily available throughout the shift. The Bar Back anticipates needs in advance, troubleshoots equipment issues such as low CO2 or dishwasher malfunctions, and maintains cleanliness across all areas of the bar including the bar top, bar back, waste bins, and floors. This position demands a thorough understanding of the beverage menu, the brand’s vision, and quality standards to support the bar team in delivering an outstanding guest experience.
