The Brand Events Coordinator position is a full-time role based in Auburn Hills, Michigan with a consistent schedule from 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. This role is vital in overseeing the administration and management of vehicles dedicated for use in events and other client activities related to specific brand assignments. Given the importance of these events for brand representation and client engagement, the Brand Events Coordinator exercises overall project control and ensures successful execution of all vehicle-related event functions.

This position may involve direct supervision of other personnel and requires the exercise of discretion and independent judgment when handling matters of significance to the client. The responsibilities encompass project management tasks such as travel arrangements, parts ordering, project quoting, and budgetary management. There is also a strong emphasis on client interaction, maintaining timely communications and support, which demands excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

The coordinator regularly interfaces with Chrysler management and agencies to discuss project details and negotiations. The role includes monitoring and maintaining project budgets to avoid overruns, performing quotation services covering every aspect of client projects, and managing proposals including product placements and transportation logistics. The Brand Events Coordinator also supervises shows and corporate events to ensure they run smoothly and meet client expectations. Additionally, the role includes maintaining accurate and current vehicle tracking spreadsheets, providing financial and accounting support activities related to projects, and ensuring all aspects of event execution align with high standards.

Job Requirements

  • Some college coursework in marketing, business, or related field required
  • prior automotive experience preferred

  • proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel required

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • some college coursework in related field such as marketing or business required
