Job Description
Anheuser-Busch, a globally recognized leader in the beverage industry, represents a legacy of passion, quality, and innovation that has shaped the beer market for generations. As a prominent American brewing company, Anheuser-Busch has cultivated a diverse portfolio of iconic brands and continues to lead the industry with groundbreaking ideas and an innovative culture. The company is known not only for producing world-class beers but also for fostering a workplace environment that values creativity, teamwork, and professional growth. With a commitment to excellence and a dedication to consumer satisfaction, Anheuser-Busch remains a top choice for both customers and professionals seeking opportunities in the beverage sector.
The Beatbox brand, part of the Anheuser-Busch family, is at the cutting edge of the ready-to-drink (RTD) beverage market, combining taste and lifestyle in a unique product offering. To ensure Beatbox maintains its competitive edge and continues to grow nationally, Anheuser-Busch is seeking a strategic and motivated Brand Activation Manager for a temporary role running from September 9 to November 17. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead brand presence, sales, and consumer engagement efforts through a national sampling program.
The Brand Activation Manager plays a crucial role in executing the company’s strategy by managing weekly sampling events in key accounts and driving the overall success of Beatbox activations. This role demands a highly organized, results-driven individual with the ability to foster strong relationships with local wholesalers and key account partners. Responsibilities include developing and implementing activation strategies, managing a team of Brand Ambassadors, coordinating event logistics, and ensuring alignment with key performance indicators (KPIs).
This position requires a blend of leadership, planning, and hands-on execution skills to manage brand activations, special events, sponsorships, and promotional activities effectively. In addition to operational leadership, the Brand Activation Manager will oversee budgeting and reporting, as well as provide essential guidance and support to the Brand Ambassador team to maximize impact and achieve company goals. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor, with the flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed.
The role requires hands-on involvement from pre-event preparation to real-time event management, ensuring each activation is delivered seamlessly and successfully. Knowledge of local nightlife and event scenes, as well as local alcohol beverage laws, will be an asset to effectively navigate this dynamic environment. Overall, this temporary role is designed to support the rapid growth and visibility of the Beatbox brand within the market while offering substantial professional development opportunities within Anheuser-Busch and its partner company, Advantage.
