This job opportunity is with a branch management focused company operating primarily in warehouse and delivery operations. The company values strong leadership, team collaboration, and safety compliance to ensure smooth and efficient branch functionality. The role is designed to integrate closely with the management team to learn and support full spectrum branch management responsibilities. This includes understanding and executing operations like staffing, training, managing branch assets, expense management, and budgeting. The successful candidate is expected to foster a customer service-oriented philosophy, supporting their team members by providing training and ensuring immediate application to daily work tasks. Maintaining compliance with all company safety and security procedures is essential, as the candidate serves as a role model for team members in these areas.
Key responsibilities include reviewing and adhering to safety compliance, reporting company policy violations or safety concerns, coordinating order deliveries, managing inventory, and keeping accurate records. The position entails the use of a company vehicle for deliveries or merchandise pickups performed in a safe and courteous manner. Additional duties may be assigned to meet the evolving needs of the branch.
Candidates are required to perform basic clerical and physical tasks, demonstrating strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. Communication skills are critical, as is proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English, with bilingual skills being preferred. The candidate must have the physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally heavier weights. The role demands keen attention to detail, time management abilities, and problem-solving skills to tackle practical challenges that arise within the branch operations.
Applicants must have a minimum of six months warehouse experience, a high school diploma or GED equivalent, and eligibility to work in the United States. The role includes opening and closing warehouse responsibilities during weekdays and some Saturdays. A valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record is required to operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with state-specific requirements. Candidates willing to obtain powered equipment certification will have an added advantage.

Job Requirements

- highschool diploma or ged equivalent
- must be able to read write and speak english fluently
- eligible to work in the united states
- be available to open and close the warehouse monday through friday and saturdays as needed
- meet all applicable state-specific driver's license requirements
- must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record per department standards
- willingness to obtain powered equipment certification

Job Duties
- work closely with management team to learn all functions of branch management including operations staffing training branch assets expense management and budgeting
- review understand and follow company safety and security procedures and serve as a role model to ensure compliance by all team members
- support team members in their training and development and enable immediate application to daily work
- maintain a customer service-oriented philosophy in all conduct to self and other team members
- report violations of company policies and procedures and safety concerns to management team
- coordinate and communicate with management team to ensure orders are delivered inventory is maintained and records are prepared and stored accordingly
- use vehicle to deliver orders or pick up returned merchandise in a safe and courteous manner
- perform other duties as assigned
