With a focus on diversity and inclusion, Chase welcomes employees from all backgrounds and offers reasonable accommodations to support mental health and physical disabilities, fostering a culture where everyone can thrive.
As a Branch Manager at a Chase Branch, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and managing branch operations efficiently. You will be at the forefront of creating a warm, welcoming environment that prioritizes both employees and clients. This leadership role involves growing deposits and investments, overseeing daily operations, and coaching team members to achieve outstanding results. The Branch Manager represents Chase’s brand and culture by exemplifying hospitality and service values such as Service, Heart, Curiosity, Courage, and Excellence. The role also demands close collaboration with specialized teams to meet clients’ unique financial needs, leveraging regulatory expertise to ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
The Branch Manager drives the branch’s success by utilizing tools like the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies that enhance growth. Motivating the team and fostering a high-performance culture are critical responsibilities, as is encouraging continuous learning and development. Building strong local business relationships and engaging with the community are part of expanding the branch’s presence. Additionally, maintaining a secure risk and control environment through sound judgment and strict policy adherence remains a top priority.
This position requires a strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple competing priorities effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail banking or leadership roles within financial services, demonstrate exceptional decision-making skills, and maintain unwavering integrity. Prior management experience, along with a passion for empowering employees and creating exceptional client experiences, is essential. Working hours for this role may include weekends and evenings, and successful completion of a Branch Manager Training Program is required before placement. Furthermore, due to regulatory requirements, candidates must comply with specific licensing and background checks related to loan originator qualifications under the Truth in Lending Act and the SAFE Act.
Chase offers a competitive compensation package tailored to the candidate's role, expertise, and location. Eligible employees may receive commission-based pay and discretionary incentives, both in cash and forfeitable equity, recognizing individual achievements and contributions. The company also provides comprehensive benefits, including healthcare coverage, wellness centers, retirement plans, childcare support, tuition reimbursement, and mental health resources. Overall, Chase values its employees as its greatest strength, promoting a respectful and inclusive workplace where diverse talents contribute to the firm’s ongoing success.
