The job requires physical stamina to lift up to 75 pounds and perform various physical activities, sometimes in challenging work environments such as cramped spaces or extreme weather conditions. LKQ values employees who are dependable, safety-conscious, and customer-focused. The company offers extensive benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, parental leave, fertility coverage, a 401k plan with company match, life and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, and more.
