The position of Bowl Attendant at Main Event is essential in maintaining the high standards of guest service and safety that the company upholds. Bowl Attendants serve as the primary point of contact for guests engaging in bowling activities, providing a warm welcome, guiding guests through their experience, and ensuring a seamless, enjoyable, and safe environment. This role demands high energy, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude in promoting activities and ensuring all lanes are maintained with the utmost care. Those in this position are responsible for shoe fitting and sanitation, lane setup assistance, troubleshooting lane equipment issues, and enforcing safety protocols to prevent accidents and enhance guest satisfaction. Bowl Attendants work closely with management and team members, using various systems to deliver prompt and efficient service. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working with people, have a passion for customer service, and are eager to contribute to a fun and lively entertainment atmosphere. Job Duties

  • Upholding cleanliness and safety standards
  • Welcome and engage with all guests while being a fun ambassador
  • Promote and recommend activities based on guest needs and availability
  • Troubleshoot and handle lane malfunction calls
  • Issue and clean bowling shoes
  • Maintain shoe organization
  • Escort guests to their lane and assist with lane setup and ball selection
  • Ensure guests adhere to all bowling safety standards
  • Process payment transactions and welcome guests back
  • Maintain a clean and organized bowl desk and lanes
  • Complete side duties
