Job Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a high volume, full service restaurant
  • ability to resolve complex workplace challenges independently
  • leadership and coaching skills
  • effective communication and active listening
  • availability to work overtime as required

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a high volume, full service restaurant
  • demonstrated ability to lead and mentor culinary teams
  • strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • expertise in banquet menu development
  • proficiency in kitchen budget and inventory management

Job Duties

  • Welcome every guest and team member with a positive attitude

  • lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to achieve high performance
  • manage kitchen budgets and inventory with attention to detail
  • create and design banquet menus and food presentations
  • maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety compliance
  • implement strategies to reduce food waste and maximize ingredient use
