As a Sous Chef at Evolution Hospitality, you will play a pivotal role as the creative mastermind behind the banquet kitchen, responsible for delivering outstanding culinary experiences that delight every guest. Whether preparing traditional recipes or pioneering new dishes for special occasions, your culinary expertise will ensure that every plate is crafted with precision, taste, and aesthetic appeal. Your role extends beyond the kitchen counter to include maintaining impeccable cleanliness, upholding strict safety standards, and organizing kitchen operations efficiently. This position is an overtime eligible managerial role, recognizing the dedication required to lead a high-volume banquet kitchen with flexibility in working hours to accommodate event schedules.
The Sous Chef will lead by example, inspiring the culinary team with enthusiasm and professionalism.
