We are currently seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead our team with expertise and dedication. This crucial position requires over five years of experience managing high volume, upscale restaurants. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented mindset, capable of seamlessly coordinating front of house operations such as hosting, seating, and customer engagement, along with back of house responsibilities including kitchen coordination, inventory oversight, and staff management. Candidates must be flexible to work days, nights, and weekends, adapting to the dynamic schedule of a busy Riverwalk establishment. Additionally, TABC certification is mandatory to ensure compliance with Texas alcohol regulations.

Job Duties

  • Oversee front of house operations to ensure excellent customer service
  • manage back of house activities including kitchen coordination and inventory control
  • schedule and supervise staff to maintain optimal coverage during days, nights, and weekends
  • handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
  • ensure compliance with TABC regulations and other health and safety standards
  • train and mentor team members to uphold service standards
  • monitor financial performance and control costs
