Job Duties
- Oversee front of house operations to ensure excellent customer service
- manage back of house activities including kitchen coordination and inventory control
- schedule and supervise staff to maintain optimal coverage during days, nights, and weekends
- handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- ensure compliance with TABC regulations and other health and safety standards
- train and mentor team members to uphold service standards
- monitor financial performance and control costs
