Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be able to wear the required uniform including cocktail dress and knee-high boots
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Must be able to communicate clearly
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced and noisy environment
- Must wear a mask as per health guidelines
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of two years experience in an upscale high-volume nightclub
- Knowledge of and passion for wine, beer, and spirits
- Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Hard-working team player
- Professional and reliable demeanor
Job Duties
- Provide specialized customer care for all guests
- Make drink suggestions and serve drinks at the table
- Take orders for food and additional beverages
- Ensure guests feel welcome and receive impeccable service
- Entertain guests with high energy and professionalism
- Maintain adherence to safety and sanitation policies
- Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
