Known for its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, Fifth Avenue Restaurant Group prides itself on creating foodservice environments where guests feel valued and enjoy a superior dining experience. The company fosters a professional yet friendly atmosphere where employees are empowered to contribute positively to the customer journey and the team dynamic. Employment with Fifth Avenue Restaurant Group involves being part of a team that prioritizes both external guests and internal team relationships, emphasizing respect and collaborative success.
The role of a Pizza Maker at Fifth Avenue Restaurant Group offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about culinary arts and fast-paced food preparation. This position is critical to maintaining the high standards of food quality and service that the company is known for. As a Pizza Maker, you are expected to deliver consistent, high-quality pizza products, including hand-stretching dough, mixing ingredients, and preparing menu items such as garlic knots and stromboli. The position is part of a highly functional team-oriented environment where cleanliness, food safety, and adherence to food handling procedures are strictly observed.
The role requires excellent attendance, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible hours based on business needs, with an introductory period of 180 days where performance is closely monitored to ensure alignment with company standards. Throughout this period, employees receive valuable training and feedback aimed at supporting their growth and success within the company. The Pizza Maker contributes directly to the restaurant's reputation by ensuring that every product meets exacting quality and appearance standards while maintaining a clean work station.

The role also emphasizes the importance of a positive and professional demeanor toward coworkers, supervisors, and guests, reinforcing the company’s reputation as a welcoming and exceptional dining destination. Join Fifth Avenue Restaurant Group and take pride in creating memorable dining experiences with a team that values hard work and fun equally.
