We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our culinary team in the role of a Shift Lead at Hal's Sports Bar. This position is vital for the smooth and successful operation of our kitchen. The Shift Lead will be the cornerstone of the kitchen team, responsible for overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations, managing inventory, ensuring exceptional organization and cleanliness, and driving food development and creativity. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to high standards of quality and consistency. As a Shift Lead, you will mentor and coach the kitchen staff, uphold stringent quality control, and maintain a keen financial awareness of cost of goods sold (COGS) and sales to maximize profitability.
This role pays a starting hourly wage of $27 plus tips, with compensation commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate will have prior management experience, culinary creativity, and extensive line cook experience to effectively lead and inspire the kitchen team.
