With annualized revenues approaching $8 billion, ABM is committed to innovation, safety, and excellence in service delivery.
This excellent opportunity is for a Lead position within ABM that is responsible for ensuring all facility operations adhere to established policies and procedures. Leads are expected to foster open communication between field employees and management, monitor quality assurance, conduct staff training, and maintain accurate records of work schedules and timekeeping for both regular and subcontracted employees. The role also entails monitoring supplies, equipment, and chemical inventories while managing access control for property keys and cards. Additional duties involve reporting facility damages, overseeing service requests, and conducting miscellaneous tasks as required to support smooth operational flow.
ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package to all employees, supporting their overall well-being and professional development.
