The LifeCafe Staff position is essential within this environment. The individual in this role is responsible for executing menu items precisely according to established recipes while ensuring speed and accuracy in service. This role is designed to enhance the member experience by not only fulfilling food and beverage orders in an efficient manner but also by providing exceptional customer service. The LifeCafe Staff must engage with members positively, respond to their inquiries, and proactively make suggestions to enhance their experience. Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting is a critical responsibility that supports the overall health guidelines and member satisfaction. Job Requirements
- Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the cafe for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to routinely and repetitively bend to lift more than 20 lbs
- CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service or cafe environment preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow recipes and maintain speed and accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
Job Duties
- Executes food, shakes and beverage orders in a fast and efficient manner
- Responds to members questions and makes suggestions regarding food and service
