This hourly position offers wages starting at $16.50, with a pay scale that can reach as high as $19.50 depending on the individual's experience and qualifications. Applicants should have at least one year of restaurant experience in either a fast-casual or full-service environment, emphasizing the importance of hospitality and customer interaction skills. The role also requires certifications including ServSafe (within the first 90 days of employment) and CPR/AED (within the first 30 days), ensuring both food safety and emergency readiness are maintained in the service environment.
