The role of Bistro Server at Leisure Care is a vital position within their team, designed for individuals who are passionate about hospitality and service excellence. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant Bistro setting where the server will act as bartender, barista, and server, providing residents and guests with a wide variety of coffee and specialty drinks as well as food and beverage service. The Bistro Server will be responsible for preparing hot and cold beverages, including espresso and blended coffee drinks, and serving them with professionalism and care. Additionally, this person will be instrumental in maintaining the Bistro’s operations by organizing, ordering, stocking, and managing food and beverage inventory. As a key ambassador of the community, the Bistro Server plays a critical role in promoting and maintaining positive communication and relationships among staff, residents, and visitors, ensuring each person’s experience is welcoming and enjoyable.
This position requires adherence to established policies, procedures, and core service standards while also assisting with food preparation as needed. Candidates are expected to bring extensive knowledge in making specialty coffee and espresso drinks, and must meet state-specific legal requirements for serving alcoholic beverages. With preferred experience including at least three years as a barista or two years as a bartender, the Bistro Server at Leisure Care is poised to contribute meaningfully to the daily life and overall atmosphere of the community.

- Extensive knowledge and experience with creating specialty coffee drinks and espresso drinks
- Must meet state specific age requirements to serve alcoholic beverages
- Three years experience as a Barista or two years experience as a bartender preferred

Job Duties
- Act as bartender, barista and server for the Bistro
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees or teas
